• Remove or protect personal belongings from work areas

6. Changes & Variations

Any requested changes to agreed work must be confirmed in writing.

• Additional costs and time extensions may apply
• We reserve the right to refuse changes that are unsafe or impractical

7. Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and take reasonable care in all work carried out. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing defects or structural issues
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control

8. Warranty & Workmanship

We provide a workmanship guarantee on completed works.
